Constance Adamopoulos Constance Adamopoulos has a long family history in the “oldest restaurant in Hollywood” Musso & Frank’s Grill, since 1919.  Her entire career has been in environments serving upscale and celebrity clientele from music and film stars to CEO's and former US presidents. This along with 7 years as vice-president of the Los Angeles Concierge Association and 9 years in event planning in San Francisco as owner of Organized Chaos Event Management gives Constance a keen understanding of the hospitality, restaurant, political and entertainment industries.

Constance has been active in many political and social activities producing events for the San Francisco Mayor's office of Protocol, the US visit of Patriarch of Constantinople, and fundraising for Senator Lou Papan. Since 2001, she has coordinated the Elios Hellenic Charity Ball, honoring Greek Americans for the preservation of their culture.

She resides in San Francisco and has one son Vaughn Demosthenes who is three years old. She also has the responsibility of fulltime care for her 88 year old mother Erato and her 89 year old uncle Jimmy Demosthenes and takes an active role in senior / aging issues. Constance has been featured in both print and the CBS Evening News speaking about the "Sandwich Generation", the growing number of people caring for their elders at the same time as they are raising their children. She has also worked as the new anchor for the local production of Greek TV in Northern California.
