Organized Chaos Events

I recently worked with Organized Chaos for a tech company product launch at the venue I manage in downtown San Francisco (46 Minna). Constance is very organized, creative, and on top of each aspect of the event. She communicated very well with every detail and relayed her client's needs clearly. The execution of the event was flawless - from the catering to the aerial performances. Constance is one of the best in the industry, and I'm inspired by her professionalism.

We hired Organized Chaos to assist us with planning a large corporate meeting. With people flying in from all over the world to attend this event, our goal was to make this a San Francisco experience to remember - venues with gorgeous views and outstanding food/wine. The event was a HUGE success due to Constance Adamopoulos and her fantastic company! Every fine detail was taken care of - there was not one glitch during the three-day meeting. I officiated at a wedding where Constance Adamapolous was the coordinator. She transformed the atrium at the Unitarian Church on Franklin at Geary into a beautiful reception in the heart of the city. The food was not only delicious but extraordinarily gorgeous, the wait staff was attentive and friendly, and Constance was seemingly everywhere, ensuring that the bride and groom had only to enjoy themselves and their guests.
